Kicker Question...

If playing Texas Hold em' and for example the flop shows "7d, 7s, 8h, 8d, 3c"... so there is 2 pair in the flop and river.... Player A (vinnie) is holding A-h and 4d... Player B (Matt) is holding A-s and K-h.... both only have 2 pair which are in the river and flop... so they show ACE as their high card.... who wins the pot or is a split pot?

you make the best 5-card hand you can, the other two cards are irrelevant
