I havnt read the other posts so i apologize for any repeated comments.
I am speaking from the view opint of someone who has played SNGs for a long time.
1) Do not set money goals. You have no cnotrol over variance. You can only contorl how mnay SNGs u can play.
2) People play 10 SNGs in an hour. PLaying 10 SNGs will not tell u how good you are. Playing 10 SNGs will tell u that u are a god of poker when u are really just a lucky fish. Playing 10 SNGs will tell u that u suck horribly at poker when you reealy are a god of SNGs. 10 SNGs doenst mean anyhing, Play 5000 and then tell me ur ROI and ITM.
3) A realistic ITM will be something between 37-40. ITM doesnt really matter. ROI does. Its possible to be ITM 50% of the time and still lose money.
4) BR management for SNGs.
Step 1, If you are playing SNGs that cost 5 + X. X should not be more than 0.5. If it is you are throwing away money.
5) My Screen name is TheGrindHer on AIM, and [email protected] on MSN, I can help you becmoe at least a break even player.
