Default JJ smells a rat 10nl FR

    Villain is a 43/7/inf/11/28 (vpip/pfr/af/3b%/hands)

I have a fairly laggy image and am playing like 22/18 or so, im isolating a bit and playing alot of pots in position with at least decent hands.

He limped utg once, and i value isolated with KK, he min 3bet me and called a large 4bet. He donk lead for 2x and folded to a raise proudly showing JJ.

Thats all i really know about him, so he might be adjusting to my isolating, but i believe its more likely he isnt. He's still limping like 43% of hands after all. (the 11% 3bet is from that hand i mentioned). It is clear that hes aware that im raising wider...i just dont think he has any intention of (or even knows how to) exploiting me correctly.

    Stacks:
    JKDS ($11.47)
    UTG+1 ($4.06)
    CO ($14.24)
    BTN ($11.43)
    SB ($10.40)
    BB ($10)

    Pre-Flop: ($0.15, 6 players) JKDS is UTG
JKDS raises to $0.40, 3 folds, SB calls $0.35, 1 fold

JJ, raise. ldo. His definately calling me light here. I expect all Ax's, K7 and better, Q9 and better, all suited connectors, all pairs, and some suited one gapers as well as J9 and better. Hands like {TT+, AJ+, KQ} probably 3bet, though his 3b range may be tighter.

    Flop: ($0.90, 2 players)
SB checks, JKDS bets $0.70, SB calls $0.70

Value bet against flush draws, middleish pairs (55-TT), Ax that is stuborn. He'd probably call more here, so im thinking a psb is actually better.

    Turn: ($2.30, 2 players)
    SB checks, [color=#cc0000][b]JKDS bets $1.40...

This hits a bunch. I can still get value from some hands...but im thinking a check is much better here with the intention of folding rivers. Plan here was to block bet and get a free showdown. Thoughts on this bet? Im looking at it and it seems like most of his range hits this card...its a good spot for him to c/r if he wanted too, and he can also be leading rivers blindly. Just checking and folding to a river bet seems pretty weak though...whats a good plan for the worst card in the deck?

I like a check. I doubt he bets the river with like 8 8 OOP.

Your turn bet makes no sense because it hits almost every fucking hand you put in his flop calling range.

You cannot bet the turn for value, that card scares 55-TT and 4x causing them to fold and every draw and Ax got there.

To value bet you must be called by worse hands more often than the times you are raised and have to fold or when he calls down with better.

Take the free card, check river behind or fold to a bet if there is no Spade.

Alright im convinced now. When i posted this (and played it) i didnt even notice that i turned a flush draw. FIIIISSSHHH mistake, but with equity now and a chance of being check raised off a hand that has a good chance to win, betting for any purpose seems atrociously bad.

Even without the draw though, im still thinking the plan was folly. Those hands that im ahead of that might call, could also be bluffing rivers and so i wouldnt have had any showdown value at all and it would have just been a stubborn way to play JJ.

    thx

Most of the hands youre ahead of on this turn are terrified of the ace anyway so there really isnt a lot of value from a bet.
