This is really difficult without knowing pfr. If you have any idea of the standard pfr for half stacked people in this position it will be a lot easier to know what to do.
If they are really loose just 3b(fold to the BB if they 4b) and call it off. If they are on the tighter side call pre, this is also good if the BB is super 3by/squeezy.
