Default JJ preflop vs short stack

PokerStars No-Limit Hold'em, $0.02 BB (9 handed) Hand History Converter Tool from FlopTurnRiver.com (Format: FlopTurnRiver)

    CO ($3.72)
    Button ($4.76)
    SB ($1.07)
    BB ($0.94)
    UTG ($7.80)
    UTG+1 ($1.77)
    MP1 ($2.84)
    Hero ($1.97)
    MP3 ($2.72)

    Preflop: Hero is MP2 with J, J.
    1 fold, UTG+1 calls $0.02, 1 fold, Hero raises to $0.1, 4 folds, BB raises to $0.18, UTG+1 folds, Hero ???

Given his short stack, villain is very likely to push on the flop no matter what it is. So should I make my life easy and push preflop?
