Pokerroomace's thread made thinking about a certain situation. Let's say I limp with JJ from EP and several people limp too. A dude from the blinds makes a raise, let's say 4-6xBB. Would a re-raise be appropriate in this situation? It certainly would chase the other limpers off from the pot if they don't have a PP.

If all of the limpers fold and the original raiser calls, I would isolate him and there's a very good chance I'm ahead here. If he re-raises I could put him on QQ+ and fold (or maybe even call in order to make a set if the odds are still favorable). If some of the limpers call I would still assume I'm ahead.

What do you think? Something wrong with my reasoning? Would a min re-raise be enough in this situation? I think it would do the thing and encourage QQ+ to re-raise so it would be easier to read.
