It's a service industry. Those types of jobs let people make great money on tips, and it also separates the good ones from the bad ones.
I shouldnt have used the word waste in describing tipping the dealers, I was only trying to show one of the reasons as to why B&M isnt as profitable as online.
I dont mind tipping the dealers at all, as long as they are good dealers (man some can be verrrrry slow).
