    Default Is It Ever Right

    Is it Ever Right to call an allin flop bet when ur drawing to the Nut Flush Draw? What makes it right or wrong?

    pot odds dependent.. You're better off betting big draws than calling if you really want to put money in when your behind. You're playing 2NL though.. so you dont have much fold equity anyway. You'd be far better off trying to see the turn and river as cheap as possible and stacking douches that cant fold a pair.

    ^+1. This is fundamental, and very well explained in this thread, so make the effort of going through that. Pick one of your hands in your DB and make the analysis in this thread.

    Actually, the "analyze calling an all-in" thing is just a shortcut derived from the underlying EV equation. EV equations are the cornerstone of poker math, so definitely work your way through these threads.

    it can be, depending on the pot odds and sometimes if you have the K or A then you might have some extra outs if hitting the pair wins the hand

    so if you're drawing to the nut flush do u think its right to call an all in if u have $1 left in a $1mirrion dorra pot?
