actually, the assignment was
"pick a magazine, and write an article for it"

so...i picked the 2+2 magazine.
and in my query letter (a letter to the editor advertising yourself and what you're going to write about), my prof replied "i look forward to this, maybe it can improve my game!"

and i was like....YES!!!
