    Default interesting hand

this was live so im going to try and recount as best as possible.

    5/5 NL

    me EP1 ($800)
    villain EP3 ($600)
    villain2 LP1 ($400)

im dealt AA and as much as i hate this hand in this position, i bring it in for 40. villain 1 and 2 both call and we see a flop. flop is QJ6 rainbow. i bet 60 and villain 1 raises me for 200. villain 2 folds and im put to a test. i think about it and am fairly sure he wouldnt play QJ for a raise in such garbage position. so i put him to a decision and push. he CALLS!!!! with AJo. this ISNT a fish. this is a very solid player. can someone explain AT ALL wtf he was doing.

he said gh and told me he had me pegged for 10s. thats one hell of a missed read.

Sounds like someone who can't drop an initial read. He raised you 200, and you pushed! That right there should say to him "TT? Guess not"
It's not what's inside that counts. Have you seen what's inside?

    himself fucker.
When you make a standard raise all day long and then fly off the handle with a big raise, half the people will put you on aces and the other half will put you on queens or jacks. People think funny things.

Agreed. I will sometimes raise JJ or TT large from EP to achieve heads up. I also standard raise AA most of the time shorthanded to conceal strength. I never do the same thing over and over however, and that's where this guy was obviously caught coughing up his whole stack. You decided to play your AA straight up, and the guy put you on isolation TT since he had AJ and eliminated the possibility of you having JJ in his mind.

He basically didn't give you credit for changing up. That's his problem.

i had decided i would pay him off for JJ or QQ since he'd play AQ the same. he was extraordinarily aggressive so i couldnt really detect a set very easily with him. i was just wondering if any of you would trust a read like this for your stack? i just dont think its worth it at all.
