I'm not sure about this...

I just finished at a $2 sng on full tilt and this hand made me nervous.

The entire table had been limping more than a one legged whore. Seriously, every pot up until this hand had about 4-5 players seeing the flop. Once the flop hit the table, there would be a donkbets and then no callers (aside from a few hands). I looked at KQ and I thought it was a great price to see a flop. I limped and this happened:

Im_new: t1415
MP2: t1280

Pre-flop: (8 players) Im_new is MP1 with K Q
UTG calls t50 (pot was t75), UTG+1 folds, Im_new calls t50 (pot was t125), 2 folds, Button calls t50 (pot was t175), SB folds, BB checks.

Flop: Q K T (t225, 4 players)
BB checks, UTG bets t50, Im_new raises to t375, 2 folds, UTG calls t325 (pot was t650).

Turn: 5 (t975, 2 players)
UTG checks, Im_new is all-in t990, UTG calls t990 (pot was t1965).

River: 2 (t2955, 1 player + 1 all-in - Main pot: t2955)


Results:
Final pot: t2955


Should I have bet pot on the flop? Too big?
What about the push into the check on the turn?
It worked this time, but how does it hold up in the long run?
How can I get the most value from this hand under these passive pre-flop conditions?

Raise preflop. People limp crap, so you want to charge them for that. Postflop is standard.
