Default I think its time for a break

I've been running like crap past 10K hands, seen the bankroll drop to $800, just really dont feel like playing all that much... Im going to quit playing for a while, read a couple books ( Theory and practice first, then others maybe) just to keep my mind on poker. I'm hoping to come back more confident at least. Im also hoping that I can refresh my mind and read these books a couple times before this time next week. Im not looking for a marathon break or anything, just a little escape that will help my game. After that I want to get back to bonus whoring, which I have been neglecting just grinding at stars. I want to log alot of hands on my break also. Well, thats it. Maybe some advice about books I should be reading?

    ???

its good to take some time off once in a while. I took about 10 days off around christmas before i switched to 6 max ring and rededicated myself to playing and learning the game correctly.
eeevees are not monies yet...they are like baby monies.

I agre with mrhappy, if you're playing tourneys then definitely (re)read the Harrington books, definitely vols 1 and 2. If you're playing cash then NL Holdem Theory & Practice is unbeatable IMO.

GL man, I'm sure you'll come back from your break a better player.

    Yeah sorry about that.

My poker break, I want it to last about a week wherein I can step back, read books and hands and analyze.

On the spring break (which I accidentally referred to as my break) I'd like to be back into things and log a lot of hands.

Thanks for the support - I hope it helps me too.
    Obv?
