That is hard. I'm not capable of doing all of those things all of the time. but it's dead on. if you don't at least try, you'll never get anywhere.

every single hand where i win or loose some money, i try to think, "what can i learn from this?" getting KK busted by AA is a little less painful when you look back and see no mistakes, or you see big glaring mistakes. it's when i don't look back that i get into trouble.

i think keeping my head in the right place when i play is far far more difficult than picking the best option of betting, folding or calling.
