Default I suck when not the pf aggressor

according to PT I really and truly suck when I am not the pf aggressor. I am horrible at playing multiway pots, especially when I have not raised/reraised pf.

I assume that I am not picking good spots to enter these pots, and am probably not playing them well enough post flop.

Any advice for these situations (other than don't enter them of course, which I am considering). For example, what conditions are you looking for to play a suited connector from the button facing a raise? Which conditions are more important in deciding whether or not you will play?

What hands are you limping behind limpers with in LP and why? What sort of flop are we hoping for and what are we doing postflop with different scenarios (bottom two pr facing a bet, etc.).

Any advice whatsoever on multiway pots would be helpful.

I only play sc's vs. a raise when 2 others have already called the raise and everyone involved in the hand so far has a decent sized stack in front of them.

When I flop something like 2 pair multiway I play it fast. If there's a bet I raise, and if there's no bet in a limped multi-way pot I pot the flop. I raise my draws when I have position on the flop bettor and look for a free card. If I'm last to act with something like 2nd pair and the high card on the flop is a broadway then I bet my 2nd pair if checked to (people normally don't "slowplay" top pair). If top pair pairs on the turn and no one bet the flop I bet the turn or raise if I think someone is just trying to rep trips. Hope some of this helps.

ya it's more applicable to fr. personally i don't find myself playing sc's very often in 6max.

My friend, there is a common mental ground the best players stand on....confidence.

I had to become confident in myself before I started to see any change and true improvement in my game. See, I had to try different things, in confidence that it would work, even when it didn't. I had to be consistent until I found out what worked for MY game.

So my suggestion would be to try some new things, and give it a 100% chance. Yes, you will loose sometimes, it a part of getting better and growing. But, you will grow.
Feels like I'm climbing in a tree.
