H1: This is a pretty easy c/c, he'll likely check a J on the turn a ton of the time and not call a river lead with anything worse. Just give him the option of bluffing, c/r is jus gonna get you pwned vs JJ, 8x and rake. he doesn't have a b/c range on the river of which you beat anything.

H2: Checking the flop here is actually fine for once. Thing is you can stack utg easily in 2 streets anyways so want to let anovercard roll off thatwill give them equitees. As for the pfr, his range consists of A: air which is always c/f this flop (this is the vast majority of his range) B: The very occassional slowplayed overpair, which is likely going to bet the turn where you can raise and get your stack in anyways and C: medium sd value hands that are c/c flop but you're never getting 3 streets from anyways so don't gain a huge amount from.

The vast majority of his range like I said though is air, so yeah this is one of the spots where "slowplaying" is going to be optimal. Should you need 3 streets to stack utg due to a larger spr then absolutely bet the flop, but not here.

On the turn: this is 88 a ton, but don;t see how we can fold unless we discount 22 heavily and say he's never playing an overpair this way. He only needs to have a few combos of AA or w/e to make this a call. I'm not folding because I wouldn't be totally surprised to see these hands sometimes aswell as 22 occasionally.
