Default I feel like the LOne nOOb!!

since this whole debacle went down. Which happened right before I got the net set back up at my house, and I had no clue about any of it.

I was going to post this in the poll thread but I thought it better as a singular thought by me. I'll make it quick and to the point: I started playing poker in '09 online, and I had the misfortune of joining a very very immature forum. It sucked , but hey whatever..

I searched for a while for a good place to discuss this game. Hands down FTR is it. So to all you guys who keep this skate rink open: Good JOb, and thank you!!!

Seems like e and mav are the only noobs posting .. I feel honored to get some of your guys' undivided attention...

    For real Thanx guys!!!

I took a 6 week break after getting pounded on my first ascent to 10NL. My BR management slipped because I was literally getting the bad end of cooler after cooler. I didn't drop too far beyond my cushion but I was lacking confidence. Then a move, then a couple of weeks of work, and...

Now I'm back on Bovada playing again and I'm pwning the 5NL tables. I feel like the whole process is more obvious than it was a few weeks ago.

I absorbed a lot of info, and then practiced what I had been shown. I saw immediate improvements, but then auto-pilot kicked in. I needed the break to really integrate all I had learned and just appreciate poker by watching the pros on High Stakes Poker and Party Big Game for a while.

My point is that I'm here offering my 2/5 cents (yuk yuk). If there is a hand converter that works with Bovada, I can start posting hands. (*Ahem* Pascal... use your mighty conjuring powers and make it happen)

    ummm...Weld old chap

don't mean to troll ur post, but was just wondering what it is with you and this apostrophe business?

mebbe it's me, but it kinda makes ur posts a bit difficult to read sometimes.

and i had to LOL at "3bet'ing"; i mean, you've just replaced one keystroke with one other, slightly more difficult keystroke.

    Are you on Bovada?

When I was checking in July, there was no Bovada support on HEM or PT, regardless of the version of either.

    Has this changed?

No, Bodog/Bovada's whole schtick has turned to the recreational player model which tries to eliminate any of the regs advantages, hence anonymous players and no HUD support.
