HU, FTR tourney for feeshus.

Pay-out structure is functioning as I stated in the first post, there hasn't been enough input to suggest anything else. I've updated it to accomodate for the 4 less entrants than the 32 man structure catered for. Anyone that wants to bitch about this can gtfo.
