I ran a 12/4.5 split for over 30k hands and was winning 8 BB/100. I posted my stats a while back:

That's pretty tight. I remember Sinkrox from FTR, who i used to play against on Laddies Poker, posted 60k hands where he ran at 10/3.5 (!) and he was still showing a nice profit.

Practicing good table selection is obviously important if you're going to nut camp. Read Fnord's sticky on this topic:
