Yeah, you have the deck crippled. If there aren't any visible draws on the flop, then I'll make a smallish value bet. Otherwise, I might give one or two free cards and hope they hit something. Best case scenario is the one above, when they flop a boat.

I don't know if flopping quads is worth worrying about though, it's so rare.
