I pot flopped FDs and OESD for deception as I pot almost everything I open with at the moment. If someone has bet in front of me I raise if I think I have FE or if they're a certain type of bad as the implied odds increase if you hit. If someone raises my OOp pot bet that's no better way of telling you you're up against something big unless they're an aggrodonk. If it's a minraise great I call, if it's bigger and they're a thinking player who knows I pot draws I may consider a fold unless I have a combidraw/lots of clean outs. Against a thinking player I sometimes check/raise the turn if I hit.
Usually a check on a missed turn unless I know I have the FE I'm looking for. Then calling a small turn bet with effective odds feels like it sucks but if an opp is bad enough to price you in in a big pot you may still have implied odds afterall if you hit on the river. but there's obv. no check raising in this situation.
