You don't need pokerstove. The math is simple.

For a pocket pair (we'll call it XX), the number of X cards left in the deck will be nX. In that case, the frequency is:

nX * (nX-1)

For a non pocket pair (we'll call it YZ), the frequency is:

nY * nZ
