Think we can learn alot from Tiger Woods on this topic (trust me it's relevant).
When Tiger hits a bad shot or gets a bad break, he gets really mad (shouts an expletive, bangs his club on the ground, berates himself) for about 5-10 seconds. This is a natural reaction because he is very competitive and it releases energy.
However, after 5-10 seconds, he regroups, TOTALLY forgets the past and refocuses on his next shot.
Same thing in poker, bang the mouse, throw the headphones down, slam the table, release the frustration and then get back to the business at hand.
If it was a bad decision, learn for the next time but don't dwell on the negatives, just focus on making good decisions/reads going forward.
Easier said than done but my 2 cents....
