There's no way you can be that specific, as there are varing playing styles that work better for different players. Those restrictions of the percentages of flops seen basically fit being a rock. Personally I'm usually around 30% in an MTT.
But ... I agree that over 50% is certainly too much, unless you're short handed. I think the most concerning thing in the stats is that you're reaching a showdown in 20% of all hands. I think you need to develop a better feel for when you're beat and should get out.
