What is the most beatable holdem game?

Its got to be limit, right? If you play by the books against fish or loose tables you will win.

I think that it depends on the level of play. From what I have heard and read, if you play at high limits and you don't have the skill, you will get killed in limit. In no limit, if you play a tight game by reducing the hands that you play you can break even or come out ahead at any buy-in. If you read most 2+2 books, this is what they will say. Ed Miller states this In the book Getting Started in Hold'em.

    Most beatable?... NL for sure...
Most fish per $$$... Limit for sure...

Easy way to tell is to ask whats a good winrate in NL and Limit...

In a fishy limit game, 4 BB/100 is killing the game.
In a fishy NL game, 20BB/100 is killing the game.

But, while i've played at fishy 5/10 NL tables, I've never found a fishy 10/20 NL table.

But, I have saw a fishy 20/40 lmit table.

This question gets asked pretty frequently, and it's a bad question.

Some people play better at SNGs then they do at NL or Limit, others can only win at Limit. You need to decide what is best FOR YOU.

Using BBs/100 as a way to measure what game is beat most easily is also VERY MISCONCEIVING. The way you put it out there it looks like you should be making 5 times as much playing NL as you can playing Limit. This is just not true.

Using a $3000 bankroll you are arguably rolled to play $100 NL (.50/1 blinds) and shorthanded $3/$6 Limit (Blinds are $1/3 and BBs are $6).

20BBs per 100 in that NL game = $20/100 hands (I realize that this is also a contentious issue, because some people treat BBs in NL as ptBBs which is actually 2x the BB and others talk about BBs as the actual BBs - if Laelin means you should be winning 20ptBB at NL then the actual figure here is $40/100 hands)
4BBs per 100 in that Limit game = $24/100 hands

    I understand all that...

But his question was "What is the most beatable"...
Not "What can I beat the best"
Not "Where can I make the most money with my bankroll of XXX"
    Not "What should I play"

The only way to answer without the obvious "It Depends" is the way I did IMO.

ps: I was talking in ptBB's because thats become the standard here when talking about NL BB's/100 .. and 20 ptBB/100 is what i'm told that a good NL player can make.
