I have played against similar players in my home game too, and it can be very frusterating. Luckily our stacks are only about 20-30BB deep when we make it too heads up. You mention going all in every hand and they basically insta-fold. Yet you also mention low blinds. Against this type of player you really should only have to raise 3-4X the big blind to take the pot. Obviously, if you're played back at fold.

Against this player at my home game, whenever we are heads up I raise probably around 90% of my hands preflop. If I am played back at however, I will go slowdown quite a bit. Unless I have a monster.
