Hand Tracking Queastion

Could someone please tell me if it is possible to review the hands of say, a finished tourney, (including hole cards and betting)? I realize that the answer may vary from site to site (I'm on Full Tilt and Sportsbook) and that additional software may be required. In general, is there a simple way to accomplish this?
