    Default Hand Reviews, 2nl

I am new to the forums, just registered to get some critiques on my micro stake hands. I play 6max and Full Ring @2nl. I try to play a tight style but I still have plenty of brain farts and call station moments.

    HAND #1

This came from a session of Rush I played after hitting some nice hands the night before. I don't normally play rush but I thought I would test the waters. I have no previous hands with the villain so no reads.

    Full Tilt No-Limit Hold'em, $0.05 BB (6 handed)

    Button ($8.88)
    SB ($4.98)
    BB ($5)
    UTG ($4.16)
    MP ($2.47)
    Hero (CO) ($4.90)

Preflop I just standard open 3xBB with any premium hand and get flatted by the BB.

Preflop: Hero is CO with A, A
2 folds, Hero bets $0.16, 2 folds, BB calls $0.11

    Flop: ($0.34) 3, K, 6 (2 players)
BB bets $0.20, Hero calls $0.20

The donk lead on the flop confuses me. My first thought is a set (33, 66). Next I think maybe its just top pair KQ or maybe looser KJ/K10. I feel AK, KK would have reraised PF.

    Turn: ($0.74) Q (2 players)
BB bets $0.44, Hero calls $0.44

Now I'm just off set by the aggression and tank another call. Im putting him on KQ or a set. His bet doesn't seem like the normal over aggressive Str=Weak I normally see at 2nl. It really feels like a value bet.

    River: ($1.62) 10 (2 players)
    BB bets $0.97, Hero folds

So after call stationing 2 streets I feel well behind and there's no way I'm calling this bet.

    Total pot: $1.62 | Rake: $0.10

I feel I could have played this hand so much better by reraising the flop to see where I was at. The only thing I'm afraid of was getting reraised and shoving only to see a set. The donk lead just felt funny to me. The way I played it I definately should have folded the turn.

On another thought, I don't normally see this betting pattern from an aggressive flush draw. It could be possible he was playing a Kxs also. Anytime I hit TP with FD i normally play aggressivley.

    Hand #2

    Full Tilt No-Limit Hold'em, $0.02 BB (5 handed) @ 6 max table

    Button ($3.56)
    SB ($1.05)
    Hero (BB) ($2)
    UTG ($1.97)
    MP ($2.05)

I don't normally flat call SC's unless there are a lot of callers to the pot, but every once in awhile I'll call in position or BB for cheap.

This hand again is against a villain I don't have a read on (4 hands on PokerTracker). I hit a combo draw on the flop with a ton of outs and from what I've read I'm a slight favorite to any overpair or TPTK so I don't mind re-raising and shoving the flop. I don't think I'd ever be folding in this situation.

Preflop: Hero is BB with 8, 7
2 folds, Button bets $0.04, 1 fold, Hero calls $0.02

    Flop: ($0.09) 5, K, 6 (2 players)
Hero checks, Button bets $0.12, Hero raises to $0.30, Button raises to $3.52 (All-In), Hero calls $1.66 (All-In)

    Turn: ($4.01) 8 (2 players, 2 all-in)

    River: ($4.01) 10 (2 players, 2 all-in)

    Total pot: $4.01 | Rake: $0.26

    Hand #3

    Full Tilt No-Limit Hold'em, $0.02 BB (6 handed)

Villain is 45/7 over 60 hands. I'm always scared to shove QQ pf, just because I've run into AA, KK so often with it and that tends to be the only thing reraising/shoving my 3bets. The reason I holded this hand was because the villain had such a low PR and I had not seen him shove/reraise PF before. However, I do see quite a few people shoving light from sb, especially at this level.

    SB ($1.82)
    BB ($1.54)
    UTG ($0.90)
    Hero (MP) ($1.96)
    CO ($0.83)
    Button ($2.13)

Preflop: Hero is MP with Q, Q
1 fold, Hero bets $0.06, CO calls $0.06, 1 fold, SB raises to $0.16, 1 fold, Hero raises to $0.48, 1 fold, SB raises to $1.30, 1 fold

    Total pot: $1.04 | Rake: $0

I think I was being too cautious with QQ. Should I have called to see the flop and played from position or just called the shove?
