Upload the image. You can do it here on FTR by going to your profile, then on the left find "pictures and albums". Upload your image there, and it will give you a link to your image. When you make your post, type [IMG]<link_to_your_image>[/IMG], or click the "insert image" button and paste the link to your image in the popup box.

You can also upload on the imgshack website and it will also give you a link to your image, which you paste in your post between the [IMG][/IMG] tags.
