If the villain likes to float, or 3-bets lightly on dry flops, this is a good a card as any to 2-barrel. Without reads, I give up.
And, no - you're not getting raised on the flop a lot. if you review other players HH's you'll be surprised how much calling/trapping is going on with monster hands.
