Are you playing any ring games? I've only been playing for a week now while actually studying poker and I'm playing at $2NL. It's not too bad and there are a lot of fish who go all-in with shit all that you can just be patient and make okay money. Let me know what you decide to do though.

My gambling side really wants you to go for broke hahaha. But I think you should definitely keep going. Or if you're willing to put money into your account, why not do it now instead of just gambling the $18?
