An hour of this, with someone watching, would definatley be good for you since your would be expressing what you are doing out loud and noticing any patterns you might miss in your head.
Yea, I will be doing that, The guys I will be doing this with will be in vent. It will let us carry on much more detailed conversations while playing 4 tables. Aim or MSN is ok but not during one of these sessions.
