Also, I think cold call pretty much implies that they're flatting you in position. I don't think that calling from the blinds counts.
I tend to use Call PFR instead of CCPF because I like the information on how often the blinds call. If I have tight players behind me and the blinds tend to call preflop raises a lot, I can open my range a little bit and take advantage of my better equity. By that I mean that if someone is calling preflop with 30%+, they're generally calling even wider from the blinds. So I might open a hand that is top 20% from middle position (as long as I don't expect to get cold called) since I'm way ahead of the range of the blinds that will be calling me.
