FTR hand converter and PT3

sorry if this is wrong subforum.
when i open my PT3 and copy hand history do FTR hand converter i click "convert hand" button and then this shows up:

Error: Failed to parse game header


site is prima (microgaming) but it's all same with ongame, ipoker and stars.
any ideas?

Copy/paste the raw HH here and I'll look at it. Sometimes there's an extra space in the top somewhere and that's what does it.
