Default Folding the nut flush when board pairs?

This happened to me the other night, the river brought me the ace high flush but it also paired the board in the process. I matched a large bet and lost to a full house. How many of you would fold your nut flush when the board pairs and you're faced with a huge bet?

    Seldom fold. Usually hold.
    I'm a know-it-all.

    No, really.

It's an easy read. You catch a flush or a straight, and your opponent goes bonkers on a paired board. I fold this a lot. That's because I make a lot of money off people who don't when they're on the wrong side of it.
It's not what's inside that counts. Have you seen what's inside?
Internal organs. And they're getting uglier by the minute.
