Default Folding AA on the flop. Weak?

My wife called right as I was dealt the cards!!! Anyhow, the button is a bit loose; apart from that not much read on any players. Was my fold weak? Should I have bet the flop?

PokerStars No-Limit Hold'em, $0.02 BB (9 handed) Hand History Converter Tool from FlopTurnRiver.com (Format: FlopTurnRiver)

    UTG+1 ($3.23)
    MP1 ($1.85)
    MP2 ($2.33)
    MP3 ($1.86)
    CO ($1.69)
    Button ($2.05)
    SB ($0.83)
    Hero ($3.33)
    UTG ($3.93)

Preflop: Hero is BB with A, A.
3 folds, MP2 raises to $0.04, 2 folds, Button calls $0.04, SB calls $0.03, Hero raises to $0.26, MP2 calls $0.22, Button calls $0.22, SB folds.

    Flop: ($0.82) K, K, 9 (3 players)
Hero checks, MP2 checks, Button bets $1, Hero folds, MP2 folds.

    Final Pot: $1.82

this definitly isnt a good flop for you, but that being said i dont think it is a terrible fold. Unless villain fires at everything when checked to, i think this is fine considering you got 2 callers of a fairly large pfr.
eeevees are not monies yet...they are like baby monies.

A lot of players think that their PP is good on this flop. I would be betting this flop for information and slowing down if I'm raised. I don't know if someone with a K is overbetting this pot on the flop (he bet $1 into a $0.82 pot ...)

    Thanks for the replies.

What size bet shoud I have lead with on the flop? If I bet too small I'd be afraid it would be interpreted as weakness. And if I bet the pot or more, wouldnt I commit myself to the pot and possibly throw good money after bad?

The button actually showed T7o for a big bluff. Is this just 2NL type of play (calling big raises w/ T7o type of hand) or is it a standard play?

You need to lead out half pot or just a little more.

Bet $0.75 in this case. 3/4 pot to pot sized is good.

I'd be more worried about a caller than a bettor on this flop. I think a turn is needed at least to judge where you stand.

Yeah, and lots of ppl will call this flop with less than a K in their hand. That's what makes it tricky. Definitely need a turn.

Dude, you gotta get some scene control.
I'd like to meet Jesus. Not because people claim he was the son of god, but because he could turn water into wine. A man like that is good to know, because you never know when you'll need a bottle of wine or an extra nail.
