Default Flop quads, how to maximise return?

folded to QQ in early/middle position, raise 4xBB. Button, BB both call. Flop AQQ, BB checks, Hero???
My thoughts: If I didn't have a queen but did have Ax or high pair then i'd be raising 2/3 pot to test the waters. So should I be doing the same with quads? I think that check-raising will cause an insta-fold from most hands other than AK and AA, and check-calling looks mighty suspicious - and then what would I do on the turn?

i'll probably bet the flop, bet the turn and push the river. checking the flop can be an option too, but i think you lose to much value to an ace.

The best thing to do in a situation like this is assume your opp. has an A and lead into them. A typ. line to take is lead the flop, check behind turn to look like you were caught trying to rep the Q, and c/r river.
eeevees are not monies yet...they are like baby monies.

your opponent will NEVER put you on quads this early.

start building a pot asap. lead out, and hope he has an A, or hope he thinks youre full of it with TT/JJ.

but, you prolly need A, AA or a stoopid KK to get paid in a stack here.

however you play it, slow playing wont often get a stack here (not that playing it fast will, either), as the board has both an A and Q with you raising pf.
LHE is a game where your skill keeps you breakeven until you hit your rush of random BS.

Nothing beats flopping quads while dropping a duece!

lead half pot (standard cbet from everyone on most flops)
check (oops, i missed the flop, better check) call (don't raise here or you'll tip your hand, not yet!)
check raise all in (okay, I was slowplaying, hopefully you hit your straight or boat)

if villain raises the flop bet, slowplay, because they may be repping a Q and may try again on later streets.

if villain checks behind on turn, check the river. Why? Because you won't get much if anymore chips into the middle unless villain is bluffing or has made a hand.

If opponent is aggressive type, play passive till the river by check-calling, then induce a raise on the river by betting small then pushing all in on the reraise.

If opponent is passive type, bet 1/2 pot on flop and go based on reads.

Bet. Expectation of going for a big pot (and assuming he has an Ace) is higher than expectation of slowplaying and hoping our opponent catches on the turn/river.

Yeah, so, I flopped quads @ the B&M Saturday.

1/2 $100 max buy in, FR.
I'm UTG w/qq vs passive MP.
He has $200ish, I have him well covered.
    I raise preflop, he calls.
QQ2 flops. (i start thinking about FTR, i swear to god...)
    $60 pot.
    I bet $11.
    He folds.

I figured he'd play along with any pp and maybe any half decent ace.

I don't like this logic... A good bet on the river after checking the turn can also very well look like a bluff after you were "Caught" on the flop bet... I don't care about showing down a monster, I care about trying to extract as much as possible when I have one, and in order to get chips in the pot, slowplaying is the least reliable method of doing this. BET BET BET!!!
    Hey knucklehead! Bonk!
