Lead the flop.
When it's 4+ players to the flop, your opponent needs to be pretty darn retarded to c-bet a wide range of hands. So assuming no one is I-hate-money aggressive, who raised pre-flop is less important and I usually just go ahead and lead out for about pot (edit: or alternatively you could bet the board texture which would call for smaller bet) with a bunch of hands I want to continue with and throw in a bluff once in a while.
Probably a spot that comes up less and less often online these days *cry*
