well he raised preflop so this could mean a couple of things, he could have a pocket pair, AK-AJ, maybe even a couple of KQ-KT. Or he could just be trying to cut the field down from the 6 people in the pot. On the flop the betting was fine, when you raised that much on the turn, i belive he was prob thinking you wouldnt have the straight so why not push, i mean why would he think you would stay in on J9??? he couldnt. I would have to put him on two pair or a set, maybe even AK which would give him top pair top kicker nut straight draw. I would have to say call in this situation. The only other hand that he could have that would beat yours is AJ, i belive that if he had the top straight he would have tried to smooth call, i mean i dont think if he had the straight he would want to push on the turn since there is still a flush draw out there. So if i was him and i did have the nuts i would have waited till the river to see if the flush was completed. Responses anyone??
