Default A few questions for 20NL

Okay so I have a couple questions of general situations again.

So Im on the button with AQos, positionally aware reg opens for 80c UTG, folds around to me. I figure his range is AQs+ 1010+... books Ive read seem to suggest 3 betting here... I know/think its super nitty but I just want to toss it. Id way rather call with 54s or like 33... or tons of other hands. Is this wrong?

Seperate situation, opening it up with AK from EP. One caller. Blank flop like 10 7 2, no draws. Im assuming I cbet OOP? or should I mix it up? or check? If I bet and he calls what do I double barrel on?

    Thats all for now, thanks!

    H1: I flat call and re-evaluate flop
H2: Probably c-bet if you think villain will fold. If your c-betting a ton a check isnt terrible either.

H1 : say you call - what card falls that ain't a scare card for you? no A or Q and UTG raises you throw it . What if an A or Q drops and UTG raises again?

Against a range that tight I'd be folding the AQ. I'm guessing that's an example from FR, I only play 6 max where the typical 20NL reg's opening range will often be something like all PPs and AJs+. Here we have decent equity and position so I'd call and look to c/r bluff certain flops and extract value if I make TP. Vs OP's range for utg though we're just too far behind to do anything but fold imo.

H2: Where did he call from? Normally his range will include loads of Pps and middling Sc's etc. So few hands are likely to go away on this board. I might c/f this flop unless I have a read he either plays fit or fold, or flats in position with broadways a fair amount. Double barreling depends on how much of a station villain is - don't fire multiple barrels at 20Nl stations pls. Good cards will be scare cards that villain may think have now hit your range hard after missing that low flop such as aces and kings. Also a card that increases your equity in the pot by giving you some sort of draw etc can be good since we don't need villain to fold as often and can stack him on rivers where he is at near the top of his range.

Yes it was an example from full ring. I shoulda have wrote that.

exactly... A Im losing a big pot to AK alot and winning a small one off the pockets. Q I beat AK for a small pot and lose a bigger one to the pockets... The only times I win big is if I hit like a KJ10 flop or something more rare. If I cant put AJ and KQ in the opponents range, why call with AQ...

second hand I like what has been written. thanks.
