10NL - I'm glad to put this month behind me. Some days I felt like I played great and other days were kinda crap. I need to be more consistent. I made some bad reads + all the other typical coolers, etc. At least I'm in the black.

I also got the first $10 Stellar reward on Stars.

Went through my DB & weeded out all hands that were losing me money

QTo, QJo , Ax . All thrown out until I know how to play them.

AK was a big loser in preflop ALL-IN situations , now Its a fold without solid reads .

Positional play a massive factor.

Folding hands with draws but incorrect odds .

Im now beating over lol sample .

How do you get the little table stating bb/100 and total won etc? Is that just pt or does hm do it too?

I got my stake back (Sorry again spoon )

Poor volume though, I only get to play really between 5.30am & 7am, and sometimes I'm too tired so don't play at all. I'm thinking of booking a couple of weeks of work to try playing full time and see how I get on, not sure what the mrs will make of that idea though.

man, I'd have to say that you should probably try beating the game at 100 NL over a large sample >250,000 hands before making such a decision. unless you're just talking about taking some kind of a vacation where all you do is veg out and mostly play poker. that's entirely different, obviously

lol, don't think I'm ready to quit work just yet, more the vacation plan, but would be nice to play 50k hands in a short space of time and see how I get on. Also, I fail hard at 100nl, 50nl seemt to be my limit atm

only 15,000 hands, but played 42 hours in Feb with not as much volume towards the end of the month. So, not bad considering I'm also working 40 hours a week.

I was so out of it all month I don't know where to begin. Near the end I just said fuck it and started reading and only playing two tables which helped although it was to little to late but wtf.

Thanks, I've only ever played 6max. (except random tourney's) I did play a couple hundred hands 10NL FR in Feb for the hell of it though. I was mainly curious about FR, and I won over that small sample. I don't think I like FR, but I really can't say without playing it more.

6max 100NL 920 hands $31.35 1.7BB/100

I jump around stakes a little bit, but I'm hoping to get more comfortable with .50NL soon.

# of tables at 6M?

Like I stated in another thread, I decided it's best for me not to play more then 6 tables at a time. I definitely play a lot more sometimes though.

Every few orbits I look at the table makeup and decide where the money is coming from, and if I should stay there or not. If not then I close a table, and may or may not open another one. Sometimes I'll open 10-12 tables, and decide which ones to stay at, so it can vary a lot.

Reality: Depends on how much I'm reading online or watching TV.

I heard a very smart rule though. Something along the lines of start every session with 3 tables then add one if your up a BI, and I think if your down a BI close the least profitable table. The better your playing the more tables you can slowly add (IN THAT SESSION)

A couple years ago I tried playing 16-18 tables, and looking back I see how insane that was.

Old 'puter died, mostly 25nl, some 50s.
