Default fast play trips on this flush-draw board = bad?

still learning SnG plays...in ring i almost always bet these flops for 2/3 of pot or more, but wonder if this is a case where checking to induce a bluff or look-up from a PP is a better play? I say because I have the A of clubs and K of clubs is on the board making the flush draw less likely, although this is a $5 SnG in an early stage and someone could definitely have a k with lower kicker to pay with.

PokerStars No-Limit Hold'em Tourney, Big Blind is t30 (8 handed) Hand History Converter Tool from FlopTurnRiver.com (Format: FlopTurnRiver)

    CO (t1080)

you are betting only 120 into a pot of 390

you are giving anyone with a flush draw great odds to come along and bust you. You should be betting more to make people with flush draws pay to beat you. 300 or so should do.

By the looks of it none of them hit anything on the flop. You most likely wonldnt be getting payed off anyway even if you give them another card to catch up.

and im not %100 sure about this but it might be misleading to people. You dont have a set, you have trips. A set is where you have a pocket pair and use that to make 3 of a kind. Trips is when you use one of your hole cards with a pair on the board to make 3 of a kind. Trips are much easyer to decect and get payed off less often.

i dbl checked the set/trips thing + fixed it - thx.

i also edited the post to clarify the question, which is if in this situation, where it is much less likely anybody has a flush draw, is it better to purposefully bet weak or check to induce a bluff?

what the hell would you check for, you have hand and you want to get value, so you bet it. A club on the turn basically kills any real value, but you may still have the best hand
take your ego out of the equation and judge the situation dispassionately

why are you saying it is much less likely that someone has a flush draw? Is it because you have one of the clubs in your hand? That doesnt change the odds that much...usually peope dont even consiter that. Or is it because you are only up vs 2 other hands?

any reads? I know it is early in the tourny but if you think that one of them might fire you could go for the check-raise.

-please ignor my spelling mistakes, its late and i dont feel like proof reading my post, i caught a few of them but im sure there is more

thanks everybody. i think it was mostly the frustration i bet and everyone folded (i know, result-oriented) that made me think slowplaying would've been better.

at the time i ignored suited connectors and figured most people who limp or call a pre flop raise with axs or kxs - that's what i was saying about less odds someone has the draw. still, id mostly only get increased action on the turn from a flush, pp that boats, etc. then a bluff or weaker kkk.
