Default Factors you evaluate on each hand?

We all know that when you ask a poker question, the standard response is that 'it depends'

What I'd like to ask to the experienced players out there is what factors do your decisions depend on, what order do you evaluate them in, and when do you rank some of those factors over others. How does your evaluation change pre flop/ post flop.

Thats a big question - this is pretty much asking "How you play poker", and most of the threads in this forum answer some aspect of your question

    I play mostly Sng

    I evaluate:
Number of players in the table
    My position
Actions of the players before me
    Reads on the players
    My table image
    My stack
    Other players stack
    Pot size
    Blind size
    My cards
    etc etc etc...

I'm not sure if it is still up on FTR, but there is an article by Fishstick on the main pages somewhere called 'Questions to ask yourself'.

This is a fanatstic article and tells you exactly what all your decision at a poker table should 'depend' on, and what questions you must ask yourself about every single hand you are involved in.

Could someone try to fish this link out for me?
