I had this exact same problem when I first started. I still find SNGs very profitable, but I now play ring games on a regular basis. As for your question, if you are finding it hard to stay out of hands with mediocre cards because everyone else plays them, then multi tabling will help. If it is just holes in your game, you will just lose more money. I like to see cheap flops with pairs and try and catch sets. At low levels people over value TPTK and you can make alot of money. I started playng 10 NL, 3 tables at a time and found it better to just wait for big hands and then get paid off. I would almost never slow play, becasue like you said, these idiots will stay in with anything. Now I play 25 NL and it is about the same, but there are a few players I like to avoid. Just keep good notes, post some of your hand histories in the other forums so the "experts" can analyze your play and find holes. Good luck.
