So I'm sitting there in a raised pot with pocket Aces with two other players, and the flop comes King high, two low unsuited cards.

One of them leads into me (the raiser), the second one calls, and as I'm moving the slider to the right to raise them, My electricty flickers, and my computer shuts off.

So now I'm frantically trying to turn the computer back on, but the built surge protection wont allow it. I must unplug and re-plug my computer in multiple times, flipping the on/off switch like a madman as fast as I can, until finally about 2 minutes later I get it to turn on. Computer boots up I load up PS hop back on the table , the hand is long gone.

Has your online play ever been majorly affected by an electricity issue out of your control?

I could not even begin to imagine if it were a big MTT and all of your hard spent hours were wasted due to an electrical issue. Online play has all kinds of great benefits, but I'd say that this is probably the single most negative aspect of it.

Discuss.

(I wasnt sure what forum this would go in, so I just put it here. Move it if needed)
