If hes an aggressive player that likes to take action away form you then ck-raising the turn will get the most value from a bluff. It might scare off weaker hands but that was the problem with 3 betting the flop annd this way you have extracted an extra bet. If noticed, this play has the added benefit of sometimes giving you a free card in future hands OOP when your c-bet is called. It also shows a lot more strength than the usual c-bet, if they push back it will almost always be a monster.

If it goes check-check on the turn they are much more likley to have a marginal hand, I'll usually fire a pot+ sized bet on the river making it look like a resteal. You would be suprised how many times you get called with 2nd pair if you check the turn.
