Let me rephrase. I mean value hands and hands that are likely to hit flops and be easier to play postflop so maybe we drop of the T9s type hands of our mp range where we are unlikely to flop a top pair hand or top pair plus a draw. Hands that will allow us to continue with a good chunk of equity that will give us some extra post flop playability like having over cards we can improve to if we whiff. As the T9s- type hands aren't likely to flop a top pair or be over cards very often. Thus we can barrel more turn cards with our tighter range with a higher frequency cause we can expect to maintain higher equity shares as opposed to having to give up when we whiff with the T9s- unless we flop well. I might be off, but again this is me trying to learn so I expect to be tested and just ripped apart.

What patterns would you want to see from Villain before you considered his BB raises "adjustments", and not just card distribution?
What would you consider evidence of a Villain adjusting in this spot?
Well I'm going to keep hammering until his 3b preflop becomes notceable. For example I think it would become obvious he's adjusting when he starts to 3b with a much higher frequency but with some consistency. If he 3b me 3 hands in a row I may not think anything of it, but let's say he 3b me ten times out of fifteen. Then I may begin to think he is adjusting. So I may begin to tighten up on my btn opens n if he still 3bs me with the new frequency we can be fairly sure he's adjust and thus our tightened range is our counter adjustnent. If he is still folding a ton I think we can open our range back up and pound him.
As a note to all answers I give I'm begging to be ripped apart I won't learn if I'm not forced to think about it so don't even think of going easy on me.
