Does anyone ever....

Feel like everyone is trying to 3 bet them light, check raising them or bloody calling you down light and hitting a 2 outter??

Its been a awful bloody 2k of hands I've had and I keep wondering if I donked away a couple of buyins by trying to bluff people out of hands or generally tilting, even tho I dont think I tilt! I also wonder if I've been laying down the best hand sometimes but because I'm convinced they wouldnt bluff me twice or three times so I lay it down!

Instead, strive to understand these actions. How do these limit his range? How likely is it to be a bluff on certain board textures? Think more of how to respond logically to each and every action, and not about this laughing asshole. I mean...hes not even really laughing anyway. Hes underwater.

We all tilt sometimes, believe me. Tilt is not playing your A-game for whatever reason... because some cunt keeps raising your blind, you got dumped yesterday, your dog got run over, your central heating is broke, you're tired, you feel like having some fun with 23o, someone is talking to you while you're trying to concentrate... the list goes on and on and on. Recognising when you're tilting is important, don't be foolish enough to think you're immune from emotion.

You're either on a downswing or you're not playing as well as you could, probably both. Take the dog for a walk or whatever, clear your mind of crap like "this guy is 3betting me so fucking much", and put villains on ranges based on betting action, position, board texture and villain tendancies, and you at least eliminate one half of your problem. The other half is out of your hands.
