I'm not sure whether you can use overcards as legit outs to draw to a pair. For example:

PokerStars No-Limit Hold'em, $0.10 BB (7 handed) Hand History Converter Tool from FlopTurnRiver.com (Format: FlopTurnRiver)

UTG ($9.85)
MP1 ($16.20)
MP2 ($15.40)
Hero ($10.15)
Button ($10.75)
SB ($10.85)
BB ($13.50)

Preflop: Hero is CO with J, Q. UTG posts a blind of $0.15.
UTG (poster) checks, 1 fold, MP2 calls $0.10, Hero calls $0.10, 1 fold, SB completes, BB checks.

Flop: ($0.55) T, 8, 4 (5 players)
SB checks, BB checks, UTG checks, MP2 bets $0.4, Hero...

I have 4 outs to the straight, but can I count the 3 J's and 3 Q's as outs to TP as well?
