While the assumption that "the profitableness of a hand is very slightly dependent on the time of the day" may technically be correct, this is a dead-end. Adjusting your game according to clock is like not using an umbrella on a rainy summerday because "it generally rains more in the Autumn".
You should adjust your game according to the players at your table.
