    Default Define my play

I play this way, i think this is tight agressive. What do you folks think? And any pionters would be great. Oh i play in live games 1/2 NL. Max buy in is 100.

    Personally Play (tight aggressive)

    Ever hand any position

    Pre flop

1 Watch the table and the expressions of people when they look at there cards. Only look at your cards when action is on you.

    2. Only play Premium hands and limp in with pocket pairs below seven. Anything above 7’s join if the raise is acceptable.

    3. Only call all in with kings or aces. Kings only if your sure, if you get it early be carefully if you don’t have a read on your opponent

4 If you’re holding AA KK QQ JJ (CAREFULLY) TT (CARFULLY) AK AQ AJ AT SUITED AKos raise between 5 to 10 times big blind.
    Carefully of re raises.

    Post Flop

1 Hopefully with your raise you only have a few players left in the pot. (DON”T LOOK AT THE FLOP WHEN IT COMES OUT LOOK AT THE PLAYERS REACTIONS)

2 Look at flop when the action is to you or when you have a read

3 Rise if you hit or miss depending on the players

If you hit raise 2 – 10 big blind.

If you miss raise 2- 5 small blind

It is important that you mix this up. The misses are for buying info. If someone raises to you carefully judge your position and if you have nothing fold. You want to run the table and you want to be aggressive

    Turn

1 Hopefully with your raise you only have a few players left in the pot. (DON”T LOOK AT THE TURN WHEN IT COMES OUT LOOK AT THE PLAYERS REACTIONS)

2 Look at Turn when the action is to you or when you have a read

3 Raise it to about the pot size if you’re doing good try to get the money then and there.

    River

1 Hopefully with your raise you only have a few players left in the pot. (DON”T LOOK AT THE RIVER WHEN IT COMES OUT LOOK AT THE PLAYERS REACTIONS)

2 Look at River when the action is to you or when you have a read

3 Raise it to about the pot size if you’re doing good try to get the money then and there.

I think this is a bit simplistic but it’s a good start.
    My comments:
I will limp to set with PP up to 99. I’ll limp to set with TT, JJ in EP. Limp to set = see normal PFRs to see the flop. If you don’t set on the flop, fold to anything but a min bet. With the higher PPs I’ll raise it up to isolate.

Preflop, I’ll always CALL an all in with AA or KK. To try and achieve that, I’ll PFR just a tad higher than normal. If someone re-raises you, decide if he will call an AI or just send a big re-raise his way.

You mention nothing about position. Learn position and what hands should fold in what positions to raises...what hands to raise from what positions. It’s important.

I don’t think your raising criteria holds much merit. It’s way to simplistic. Each flop is different from the next and what you do depends on so many things: the players, your cards, their actions, your position, what you had for lunch, etc. It’s a start though.

On the turn you mention that you may try and get the money then and there. That is also true of any street, Preflop, flop, turn or river their money is always good in your pocket.

if you hit the flop, pot bet unless there is an obvious hand that beats you, then its your read.
The guys i play with, while maybe not recognising a 'pot bet' recognise what a whole stack of chips in the middle of the table is when i raised preflop.

    Default yea

well considering yourself tight aggressive at a live table is optimistic .. u would considered loose .. raising w/ 7's a full table is not something that most books praise but when its done w/ precision it is beneficial .. premium hands are besides A's K's and Q's .. AK(Unsuited) AQ suited and KQ (SUITED) .. people make the mistake of thing that AJ at a full table is premium.. it is a hand you have to be careful about .. now KJ and QJ you have to be extremely careful about becuase they are 2 faces and new players learn to love these .. now .. you have good starting lines and seem to understand the game.. my advice would be.. get imaginative .. don't play only the set way u have written out .. you get Aces w/ 3 limpers in and u see someone behind u reaching for chips to raise lay down a simple call(ONLY IF YOU HAVE THE FEEL HE IS OGIN TO RAISE THIS IS KEY) .. then push in a big re raise.. thats how u change play .. now w/ looking at the other players .. sometimes u have to go by feel u won't always be able to get a read by lookin at them.. better yet focus on your cards (ESP IF UR NEW) and pick up on bettin patterns first.. thats my opinion
